Terms of Service

These Terms constitute an agreement between you and the TheAppStarter platform (the "Platform") regarding the use of app promotion services. By registering, signing in or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Platform.

• The Platform uses email verification code sign-in. An unregistered email address will automatically have an account created on first sign-in.
• Accounts are for your personal use only and may not be transferred, lent or shared with others.
• You must keep your sign-in verification codes secure. You are responsible for any loss caused by disclosure of your verification code.
• Accounts that violate these Terms may be restricted or banned.

The Platform connects app developers (users) with promoters and provides the following services:

• Creating promotion orders: developers submit app information and promotion requirements.
• AI-generated promotional copy: the Platform automatically generates promotional copy based on app information.
• Task execution: promoters accept tasks in the task hall and publish content as required; the Platform may also execute some tasks through automated programs.
• Publishing screenshot submission and review: promoters submit publishing screenshots and the Platform reviews them.

The form of services may be adjusted according to operational needs, and the services actually provided by the Platform shall prevail.

• You must provide truthful, lawful and accurate information.
• You may not submit content that is illegal or infringes the rights of third parties.
• Promoters must publish content truthfully and are responsible for the authenticity of the screenshots they submit.
• Any traffic fraud or cheating is prohibited.

• Pay Later: once you submit an order, the order is formed and the Platform will immediately begin preparation and distribute promotion tasks to promoters or automated programs; the order remains "unpaid" until you complete payment.
• Please complete payment through the order page within a reasonable period. To control risk, if you have unpaid orders, the Platform may restrict you from creating new promotion orders, including other promotion orders for the developer owning that app.
• Order prices are subject to those displayed on the order page.
• Payments are completed through third-party payment service providers.
• Refunds, cancellations and handling of rejected tasks are subject to the Platform rules or the outcome of communication with customer support.

• You grant the Platform the license to use the app information and materials you submit as necessary to perform the services (including AI-generated promotional copy).
• Intellectual property rights in the Platform interface, code, trademarks, etc. belong to the Platform or the respective rights holders.

When using the Platform, you must not engage in the following conduct, including but not limited to:

• Traffic fraud, fake transactions.
• Attacking or interfering with the Platform services.
• Scraping Platform data without authorization.
• Submitting false information.
• Publishing illegal content.

• The services are provided "as is".
• We make no commitment regarding promotion results (such as the number of acquired customers or conversion rates).
• We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure or third-party reasons.
• Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

The Platform has the right to change, suspend or terminate some or all services based on operational circumstances. Accounts that violate these Terms may be restricted or terminated.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The updated Terms will be published on this page, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The formation, performance and interpretation of these Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a competent people's court in the place where the Platform operator is located.
